Because of the shadow from the concrete wall, the sun can't melt the snow on the multi-use path. This turns to ice and is too chunky to ride through.
Hole in street just off curb resulted in fall and twisted ankle. East side south in front of Chevrolet corner of Buick Cadillac and Auto Mall Rd

Cars seldom obey yield sign for crosswalk at sare and David.
There should be a barrier between the Moose parking lot and Smith so that cars don't park in the road (causing bikes to exit their lane).
Adult St Bernard is roaming this area every morning from 5:30 to 7:30 am. Don't know if dog is friendly, it ran toward me when my beagle barked at it. We went inside gate before it got too close.
