Trash

Case Date:
5/12/2014

Neighbors have left trash out like this for many weeks: insufficient containers, weak bags that have been dug into by birds and raccoons. It looks like the tenants have just left for the summer; there are no longer cars in their driveway. Please let the landlord know that this problem should be addressed immediately and cannot continue.

Trash

Case Date:
5/12/2014

Tenants at 516 E. University have left trash in this state for at least a week, and have been doing so for months. Insufficient cans, and bags easily broken into by birds and raccoons, both of which I've witnessed. Tenants seem to be gone for the summer. Please let the landlord know this is unacceptable.

No problem to report on this notice. Just a sincere thank you for fixing the historic bridge on ramp. Future suggestion if this new improved patch does not last long term. Expansion plate, one that bolts tight to the wooden bridge and the other that spans to the black top. Black top portion would obviously have to be the slide portion. Thank you Just a thought.

I was approached by an aggressive dog (with the owner running behind him) off leash at Bryan Park. The owner was aggressive towards me when I asked him if he knew there was a city rule that dogs must be on leash. Please please police that rule more frequently.
