Corner of 11th and Maple someone is running a auto parts business out of an apartment. Name is written on the doors and window. Sidewalk has had engines on it all week blocking the entire sidewalk.

Cars are always on the sidewalk here. The blue one has space to pull forward but the rest have to park on the sidewalk because Hoosier workwear has concrete blocks forcing cars onto sidewalk. One must walk in the street to get around. I've reported this at least three times before and nothing has ever been done.

There is always a lot of gravel here. That's not good for bicycles. Can it be removed? Btw, the last time I asked INDOT about cleaning up gravel on the 45/46 multi-use path, they said I should ask the city.
