I see stickers on some parking meters for the www.parkmobile.com service. I'd like to take advantage of it but I find no info on the City website about it and the parkmobile website doesn't list Bloomington on its map. I don't want to sign up if it's not legit. Can you tell me if it is?

Ice in alley beside the Johnson Creamery.
Summit Pointe apartments has not cleared its sidewalks on either Azalea Lane or Henderson Street. Both sidewalks are very rutted and slick.
The ramps leading to the underpass have not been cleaned from snow nor ice. This problem was present yesterday morning and evening as well.
Yet another vehicle parked right on the sidewalk at the sheriff depot.
Why did the DPW allow this company to completely block the B-trail so they could use it as a construction staging area? IDIOTS.
