City light on east Saratoga drive is not working. My son and other children taken the school bus close by and now the street, that does not have even a sidewalk, is pitch black.

This sidewalk is often blocked but today it was so bad i had to walk in the street (I'm in the street in the attached photo). Some other parking situation needs to be figured out at the surplus store because there's absolutely no way someone with mobility issues could navigate that most of the time.

Meadowcreek and Steeplechase apartments do not provide any recycling. Can you please mandate that they add recycling options to their residents. They need to add more trash dumpsters as their is only one in Meadowcreek. How is that legal? It's overflowing and smelly every time I take my trash there. They need to provide a dumpster for recycling as well.
