In 4th Street Garage, first stair up from 2nd floor (NW corner) is dangerously weakened. Photo shows underside with supporting metal structure fully cracked along middle of one edge.
No response from my March 26 report. What good does it do to report a problem when it is ignored! What a dissappointment!

Property to the east of Swifty - sidewalks never cleared of snow and ice.
There is graffiti at the corner highland and university. It has been there for awhile.
