All the grant properties rentals now have temp signs in yard and screwed onto buildings themselves. Are permanent signs allowed on every single home? Very tacky aesthetic and a residential area that is distracting to drivers. This should be addressed.

Blue "Power Washing" sign right on the corner at Woodscrest, at the entrance to Eastland Plaza, across from Dominoe's Pizza. It seems to me that it is in the ROW.
"West Brothers Services LLC" sign on pole at the corner of Moores Pike and Sare Rd. Reported before, but sign is still there (since April 2024). If you cannot contact them, here is their website: https://westbrothers.services. NOV is being ignored.
