L & M Rentals owns the duplex and even though the units are occupied, the "For Rent" sign stays in the yard all year long. Ms Wood spoke to the owner and was informed that they leave the sign up as advertising for other rentals they own.
Would like this unsightly sign to be looked at for compliance with City regulations. The new owner, University Plaza, placed a piece of plastic over the existing sign when they purchased the Holiday Inn and have yet to place proper signage.

Illegal sign advertising long distance in window of a multi-family residence. Occupant was verbally notified of previous violations by the planning staff when they attempted to remove sign in the ROW.
Toilet not working. Has been broken for 3 weeks. No response from landlord
There is a for sale sign in right of way at the SE corner of Olcott and St Remy.
