A small redbud tree in the grass strip on Essex Court has died and is in need of replacement. Additionally at least one old crabapple tree to the west on Allendale between Westminster Dr and Sowder Sq. had also died. Both spots seem like good candidates for replacement trees as well.

When turning left onto Hillside from Huntington, It is very hard to see oncoming traffic from the right (traffic heading west). Please trim those trees.
There is a pine tree on the corner lot at the northwest corner of Hillside and Woodlawn that is leaning dangerously toward Woodlawn. I drive past it a couple of times a week, and it has worsened significantly in the last few weeks. The rootball is visibly pulling up from the ground. I reported this via the CBU phone number a couple of weeks ago, but nothing has been done yet. I'm concerned the recent freeze and impending thaw will cause the tree to topple. Lower fir tree branches on the inside of the turn obscure traffic approaching the curve. The lower branches should be removed.
Street trees here are still dead years after reporting. It was previously said these would be replaced a long time ago. Are they finally going to be replaced?
Hello! There are a number of very dead ash trees that have become a hazard on E. Covenanter close to the intersection with High Street. I am hoping that some of these can be prioritized. One in particular reaches over the street. They are very close to the intersection and the stop sign on High. It is only a matter of time before a large limb drops, and I would hate for that to happen when a pedestrian or car was present. Thank you! Jenny
