I was on the north going Rockport side about 8pm last night and the tapp light changed to red then right back to green for several cycles and never changed to green for the Rockport side.

There is a traffic circle here that some people treat as a traffic circle and some people treat as a Y intersection. Some "one way" signs at the circle would help to clarify this intersection. Thank you.
