Pedestrian light at the northwest corner is partially obscured by overhanging branches. Also, branches of a tree in the yard of the house on the southwest corner, are hanging over the road (Second Street) and making it impossible to see the color of the traffic light until you are almost at the light, when you are driving towards Rogers and Binford schools. However, this is only a problem in the summer when there are leaves on the tree.
Stop sign at Hillsdale Ct and Hillsdale Dr is obscured by overgrown invasive plants. The entire ROW is as well.
Heading south on S. High Street, there is a stop sign almost completely covered by tree branches at E. Southdowns Dr. I witnessed a driver miss the stop sign completely.
Damaged speed limit for curve sign in front of my residence. I’m not aware of how it became damaged. It was noticed yesterday Wednesday afternoon.
Tree branches obscuring view of traffic light when driving on 3rd eastbound just before Rogers. You have to be almost to the intersection before you can see the light.

Stop sign for westbound traffic on 7th at Lincoln obscured by tree branches. Branches also obscure warning sign to stop, which is just east of stop sign.
The crossing light for the B Line from the rails to trails parking lot does not work. I’ve pushed the button on two separate days over the past week or so and the stop light does not come on so there is no way to stop traffic to enable crossing.
The pedestrian crossing sign has been missing from where the B-Line crosses 7th Street for about two weeks. I called BPD dispatch about this issue two weeks ago, but the sign is still missing. Very dangerous for people using the B-Line and for drivers crossing the B-Line.
