At the intersection of College and 2nd St.. Westbound traffic and the southbound turn lane are getting virtually no green time at the light. It was literally five seconds of green light. 2 speed humps on E 1st St between Eagleson and Woodlawn: One has a "Speed Hump" warning sign, but it is hardly visible to westbound traffic because of tree branches; other speed hump has no warning sign in westbound directions, and maybe also in eastbound direction.
