I just sent in a report at 4:10. This is an additional comment. My understanding is that even Oaklawn Park is an owner-occupied community - if there are a certain percentage of rentals then municipal state or federal mandates about blocked sidewalks must be followed. Maybe they do anyway I don’t know. Thx
