Snow is never cleared at this address, why do I as a parent have to act like the police. Children walk to school. This house is a repeat offender, so this is one more thing to do as a parent? On the south side of the overpass on Third Street, near the convention center, there is a hole with a broken grate on it. It’s a tripping hazard. There are two more holes in the street at Third and College, near the south east corner. More tripping hazards. Thanks.
