On the south side of the overpass on Third Street, near the convention center, there is a hole with a broken grate on it. It’s a tripping hazard. There are two more holes in the street at Third and College, near the south east corner. More tripping hazards. Thanks.

Accessibility Problem

West Second Street, just east of Euclid, north side of street

Case Date:

Construction equipment is parked on the sidewalk. The city would not let businesses park this equipment on the street, blocking access for cars. Why do you allow them to block access for pedestrians? Thank you.

Accessibility Problem

3rd and College, north side of overpass

Case Date:
5/26/2025

Please finish repairing the north side of the overpass that goes from College to the trail along 3rd. It’s been closed for weeks and I’ve never seen a sign of work going on. The south side of this overpass has steps, so people with mobility issues need to use the north side. Thank you.

Help me understand why the library is still closed down (for the most part) surrounding public libraries are open plus Marion county where you can physically walk in the building how is it that something that's funded by taxpayers they can just stay in there pull a paycheck and it's just okay.

Overpass on Third St., south side, near trail

Case Date:
6/18/2025

There is still a trip hazard on the overpass, adjacent to the convention center, near the steps. Sometimes there’s a cone over it but the cone goes away. Sometimes there’s a broken cover which is better than nothing. But now there’s nothing at all.
