Unattended smoldering cooking fire, presumably the morning after.
Mark Webb received call from complainant. Claimed Bluebird was overoccupied and could not move throughout the facility.
COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT THERE WAS FURNITURE STACKED IN CORRIDOR, BLOCKING EXIT.
There is a large/full/mature mulberry tree hanging over power lines, utility lines, cable and telephone wires. The tree is specifically at the edge of the alley entering Jackson St from the property address listed above. In storms the branches bounce off the power lines and causes a lot of sparks. Cars are parked very close to this and concern is of fire or tearing down the power lines if a branch were to fall. Recommending a thorough cut back of large branches back to mid alley. Duke came out to trim some small branches, but didn't resolve the problem.
STAIR TOWERS NOT MARKED WITH FLOOR LEVEL. DIFFICULT TO TELL WHERE EXIT IS.
Apartment fire. May require bldg permit.
Strong smell of diesel fuel in downtown Bloomington. Smell was most pungent South of 4th Street and Walnut.
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES IN SCHOOL. COMPLAINANT SAYS EXTENSION CORDS AND WORK IN SCHOOL WHILE IN SESSION. ALSO EXITS BEING BLOCKED

POWER LINES HERE ARE SHORTED AND **THROWING SPARKS**. We have reported this to Duke and they have chosen to ignore it instead of restoring AC to Vinergar Hill houses.
