Moving Trucks parked on sidewalk almost daily. Aren't there rules about parking on the sidewalk blocking access.

The people building the additional floors on the building at 4th and College do such a terrible job of keeping the temporary sidewalk open. When it is open it is about 2 ft wide, and most of the time during the day they have dragged the fence right up against the concrete barriers and make people walk in the middle of traffic. STUPID!

Car on University St is parked each night so that it Blocks the sidewalk. I also hope that parking enforcement will begin to enforce neighborhood parking stickers.
