The situation I reported a couple of weeks ago has worsened. The big, commercial trash bins are stored on the University St. sidewalk, often open and with trash in them. This is a trash obstacle course to use the University-side sidewalk of this property.
The sidewalk along the south side of W Tapp rd between I-69 and S Weimer Rd (before the Clear Creek Trail parking lot) is obstructed by a number of overhanging tree and bush limbs. Thank you
Parked car is blocking sidewalk. Please ticket this vehicle and any others in this location. This happens constantly.
Cars parked in driveway block sidewalk, pedestrians have to exit sidewalk into the roadway to walk around obstruction. Motorists speeding on Maxwell lane make this very dangerous.

Not sure if this is should be addressed to the city or county but the sidewalk on the south side of Tapp Rd between I-69 and the Clear Creek trail has tree branches that are blocking the sidewalk making it impossible to use. The branches need to be trimmed way back.

Dumpster is persistently placed where the horizonal bar, about 5 feet high, sticks out into the public sidewalk right of way. I am worried that a child is going to run down the sidewalk and get a concussion.
