Residents are storing trash and recycling collection containers on public sidewalk on a permanent basis, and have been doing so for a while. At times containers are moved over to side, at times they are left in middle of sidewalk--but never do they leave the sidewalk. This is an accessibility issue: wheelchairs and strollers are unable to get by and must go into street. Private collection containers should not be stored on public property.

No attempt at snow removal,...busy traffic on grimes makes this incredibly dangerous, and there is no sidewalk on the other side of the street. Please notify

There is a thick layer of gravel that has washed across the sidewalk at 411 s Lincoln.
