The situation I reported a couple of weeks ago has worsened. The big, commercial trash bins are stored on the University St. sidewalk, often open and with trash in them. This is a trash obstacle course to use the University-side sidewalk of this property.
Parked car is blocking sidewalk. Please ticket this vehicle and any others in this location. This happens constantly.

Dumpster is persistently placed where the horizonal bar, about 5 feet high, sticks out into the public sidewalk right of way. I am worried that a child is going to run down the sidewalk and get a concussion.
