Other: From E. 3rd street entrance to Park Ridge addition, there is a significant slope of the street to the west side creating pooling of rainwater and debris. The continued presence of water/mud/debris has caused breakdown and potholes in the pavement. These potholes are "patched" periodically, but quickly erode again due to the inadequate drainage system. The nearest storm drain is approx. 1/2 block north on the east side of the street -the slope of the road on the opposite side of the storm drain. I have added pictures to show the issues directly in front of my house, however, the same conditions exist along the entire block. From my understanding, the road was to be resurfaced this past summer. I have concerns if the street drainage issue is not addressed prior to this, there will be continued problems. There is to be a new city bus route beginning soon which will have the buses traveling this portion of the road several times a day and will most likely factor in to creating more problems with the pavement. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Follow up on ticket 175092. Clogged drain under the street. Nancy asked for the location. It is at the corner of 800 S Grant and 400 E Dodds. So the service request "find me" at the top of the UReport goes unreported and when more information is needed the reply by the public only goes to "no-reply@bloomington..." so one can never reply for further clarification with out logging back into Ureport

There is a drainage issue outside our neighbor’s home that is running in front of our home as well. The standing water has been there for about a year, is disgusting and has an odor that smells like fish. I am concerned about our children getting sick from getting this contaminated water on their hands and body. This is located on the cul-de-sac of S Bay Hill Court in Fieldstone Subdivision - specifically in front of 431 S Bay Hill Court. I am having an issue with my front ditch flooding every time it rains. This picture was taken today (June 2nd, 2021) during the light rain we experienced throughout the day. When we receive heavy down pours or rain for multiple days the runoff storm water puts my mailbox post underwater. Which, over time, rots the post (I have recently had it replaced). When the front yard does flood the water travels across the road in a 30-40 foot wide swath, several inches deep. When dry, the culverts (under my driveway and the one going under the road) can be observed as 95-100% silted in and obstructed. I have noticed over the past couple of years where the city has had the utilities marked and the culvert marked going under the road. Other culverts in the Park RIdge neighborhood have been replaced or repaired except for the one in front of my residence. I would appreciate an update on when this issue will be addressed.

11th Street floods every time it rains hard. The drain grates are clear of debris, but the storm sewers aren't handling the water and the street floods and floods multiple properties.

Numerous rocks in storm and field drain at 1100 S. Nancy Street. We are afraid they will clog the city's drainage system. Please save retrieved rocks for filling in the the storm drain system on our property.

There is a terrible smell coming from what appears to be a storm sewer retention pond in the lot next to 302 S. Cory Ln (Advance Auto Parts) The smell becomes stronger on hot days and almost has a natural gas smell to it. Can you please send someone to investigate this issue.
