Ms Hammond left a voice message on 4/18/16 saying she has problems with storm sewer runoff in her backyard that has gotten much worse this year. She didn't know if the city could help because the storm sewer comes off The Stands Dr with a culvert that ends right in her back yard.

Approximate location. Observed from E. 5th St. North side of road. Reporting copious standing water in easement and rear of properties at NW corner of N. Clark and E. 5th. Storm drainage culvert on East side of Binford Elementary is continually flowing clear water even during dry summer times. It is flooding the front yard of 648 Woodscrest downstream. just started this summer. We thought it was runoff from the school AC units but now that weather has cooled, it is still flowing. Concerned there is a broken pipe under the school or nearby that is flowing continually into this storm drain under the school.

During rain, particularly strong ones, we get a lot of run off coming down to the backyard of my home. We live on South Sweetbriar Court in Winslow Farms, but the runoff seems to be coming from Graham Drive. Graham Drive runs into South Henderson

Something is being washed down the creek that runs through Southeast Park. This picture shows it at the culvert under Moores Pike. It's like this all the way to Sare Road.
