The curb that encloses the parking lot in front of Turquaz Cafe is a hazard to vehicles. It's very difficult to park in the provided spaces because there's a ditch meeting that much higher curb just behind it. It leaves too little room for drivers to maneuver out of a parking space and out of the lot. I often eat at this restaurant and several times have been blocked in due to trucks parking in adjacent spaces. This makes the already difficult task of maneuvering out of the space impossible. And I've damaged my car on the ditch and curb. At the very least, the spots should be labeled for compact cars only. Ideally, the curb would be removed and the lot repaved. there customers using the handicap parking in front ,without plate or windshield tag. those are needed for disabled customers. been a daily problem for long time.

The entrance to the alley behind the yellow building off of 11th street is still covered in snow. My roommate and I have the first two parking spots attached to the yellow building (Apt A) and must use this alley to access our parking spaces. With the snow buildup, my roommate has gotten stuck trying to pull in to our parking spaces and I am scared to try to use my car, as it will surely get stuck. We would like this cleared if possible.

There has been a car there for a fucking year and a half every time i go there it’s gets more and more banged up it looks like someone has broken in multiple times and it honestly gets in my nerves that it doesn’t even have a ticket and it’s been there for almost two fucking years bro. there’s a busted window a pried open door and everything in the dash was stolen over time
