The light for northbound traffic on Walnut Street at Kirkwood is out of sync, it changes well after sixth street does.

Street signage pulled out of ground at Grimes and Woodlawn. (Northwest corner)
Timing of intersection lights on 3rd and Clarizz Blvd: Crossing 3rd St is risky unless you begin walking across exactly when the light turns green for the pedestrian. The light changes too fast, not leaving the pedestrian enough time.
The timing of the traffic light at 3rd and Bryan/High Streets is way off. It has always been activated by sensors. The sensors on High and Bryan are now very delayed, sometimes waiting several minutes when no traffic has been passing on 3rd for that same time. Then the Bryan side will go green even though no car is present, The left turn arrow from 3rd to High will also not activate consistently. Please look at this situation, I have lived off of High and Hunter for 15 years and use this intersection this intersection several times per day. The settings are very off!
The light for northbound traffic on Walnut at Kirkwood is out of sync again.
The stop sign on W. 9th Street at Fairview is completely obscured.
Two traffic signs on Covenanter between Nota and Pickwick are obscured by a hedge.
An obscured YIELD sign where E First and Sheridan come together. See picture.
At 3 am one night, someone at high speed jumped the curve and took out the no parking sign in front of our house, leaving gashes in the lawn. The sign is on the ground next to the street and should be put back up or taken away.
