Please fix the signal at Atwater and Woodlawn. The white "hand" is not working; it stays solid red even when the light turns green, and then it starts to flash and count down at around six seconds. A lot of people walk across Atwater, not just at the light, and not being able to tell where in the countdown the signal is could be dangerous. It's especially dangerous if you're on the east side of the signal (where you can't see the signal lights themselves) and look west toward the traffic. If you're counting on the walk-don't walk sign to let you know if it's safe to cross away from the light, you will see a solid red "hand" even when the drivers have the green light on their side.
At the corner of Patterson and Rogers the left turn arrow when heading east always activates even if no cars are there trying to turn north onto Rogers. This ends up unnecessarily delaying people heading west on Patterson.
The stop sign at Miller and Highland headed West has been knocked down.
Westbound traffic on W. Bloomfield Rd. is delayed significantly while Eastbound traffic is able to continue regardless of any Eastbound traffic turning or anyone even being in the turn lane.
The parking lot for the North Cascades Skatepark has several lights out. The lights do not belong to Duke Energy. Resident is concerned about poor lighting conditions as a safety risk.
The pedestrian light at 10th and Fee Lane that allows people to walk across at Fee Lane is not working. Stood there for 3 turns watching cars go by, when I could normally cross the street. Had to run across on a red when there were no cars around. I can see a lot of pedestrians/students crossing illegally at this busy intersection today and messing up the flow of traffic.
The pedestrian blinking light for the trail on Country Club Drive between Walnut and Rogers is stuck on. I went through it twice between 7:45pm and 8:15pm on Sunday 10/21, and it was still on.
Hello. Is the traffic signal on 3rd, just east of the IN-37/I-69 ramps, still awaiting final synchronization as the I-69 construction project wraps up? I find myself sitting on 3rd waiting for that light all the time, when there is no cross traffic at all coming from Franklin or Wynnedale. Also the left turn lights on 3rd will often cycle even when there are no cars waiting to turn. Assuming that at least some of these signal cycles are triggered by sensors, I'm guessing the sensors, and/or the cycle times, need some work.
Street Sign missing at Kenwood Drive and Rogers Street intersection is missing. Street sign at Clark Street and E. 3rd Street intersection is heavily damaged and bent.
