4013 East Bennington, IN 47401. Reference Case #170755. On 1/7/2019, I was told that replacement part was ordered for the new pole and light that was installed recently. "Replacement part has been ordered. Duke Energy informed us that work order 34470388 is still open and needed an additional ten working days from 11-01-2019." Today the light still does not work. When can the part be installed?

The lamp posts on Kirkwood between Walnut & Washington have been out for a few weeks. Is there a reason for this. I manage the Uptown Cafe and it gets fairly dark without these lamp posts.
The double street light at Sare Rd and Winston has not been working for some time. It’s a busy intersection and very dark at night.

Street lights are out on East 2nd St again. I filed ticket #171001 on Tuesday 11/19/19 but have not received confirmation. It took 3 months to get them back on earlier this year.

At intersection of IN46 and 10th street, when there is a train, east bound traffic doesn't get a green light, while westbound traffic gets multiple green lights.
