The stoplight at Patterson and Fairview needs to be checked. Very recently, it stopped being triggered by traffic coming from Catalent or Fairview. Instead, it now turns red for Patterson on a timer, when there are no vehicles waiting on Fairview or from Catalent. When it turns green for Patterson, it lets no more than 4 vehicles through before it turns red again.
