The new bulb is too bright, it's neon bright! Bright light penetrates our blackout curtains, now, and we don't have darkness at all.

This light on the corner is not working. I’ve reported it before and Duke came out. I tried to report it again yesterday, but their website said it was working and wouldn’t let me report it. It is _not_ working. If they had come out after dark they would have seen it. I’m alone and my neighbor has found syringes in the thicket along his property line between him and the railroad track. Perhaps if the light was working, it would be less attractive for people doing things they shouldn’t right under that light! I’m
