Hello: I was in communication with Christina Smith last fall regarding a street light that needs to be installed on S. Fess Ave. Preferably 821 S. Fess Ave., as that is the middle of the block. The 800 block of S. Fess is totally pitch black, unless there is a full moon. I'm not sure why this completely dark street, with two homebound senior citizens living on it (my neighbors), hasn't become a priority for a street light. Please consider taking care of this soon. Fess Avenue. Each year, we install street lights within the public right of way on a petition base and available funding. I have placed your request area on are list for future consideration. There are no street lights on South Clarizz Blvd, particularly in the area south of Buick Cadillac Rd. It feels very unsafe, there are multiple bus stops and traffic at all hours. It is hard to see pedestrians and as a pedestrian it is hard to see anything when it is dark out (ie. tripping hazards, etc.). Street lights need to be installed in this area, it is extremely dark when the sun is not out.

The light at the dealership is extremely bright and causes light pollution. It's too bright and needs some sort of filter or guard so that it only shines in the parking lot and not into the windows in the neighborhood.
