(I have meant to send this for a couple years, and have since moved and no longer use this crosswalk, so things may already have changed). Please add or move the street light on the southwest corner (where the costume store was) of 10th and Bypass to where the south crosswalk begins (at the walk signal). People turning right don't always look for people crossing from the corner nearest the bus stop, and at night, pedestrians are really hard to see in the crosswalk, which runs parallel to the train tracks and heads to the apartment complexes and strip mall on the east side of bypass. Timing is off at college mall and 3rd and light on college immediately South. Turning left on third westbound to go south always jams up behind light immediately South and blocks major intersection. Needs timed to avoid the jams or otherwise fixed. Is very bad and constant block over red.
