The street light in front of my neighbors house in front of 422 E University is intermittent. It turns itself off at random times and then comes back on a few minutes later. This problem has persisted for several months. I tried reporting this online to Duke Energy, but their online tool doesn't show a street light on this block, so I'm hoping you can find out who takes care of this light and forward the information to the appropriate people. ATS 5 p.m. on March 11th Walnut Street heading Northbound the lights at Kirkwood turn 15 seconds ahead of the lights on 3rd and 4th Street and the lights on 6th and 7th Street . the Kirkwood light is out of sequence by 15 seconds.
