Light on corner of claybridge and Cedarwood is out. Thank you.
Light on corner of claybridge and Cedarwood is out. Thank you.
Someone dumped a street light in our backyard. It is green, one of those old-fashioned types like on campus. There is a heavy base that looks like its made out of a kind of cheap pot metal, and a relatively light-weight though long vertical fluted column that seems to be made out of aluminum. The two pieces are separate, and there are no markings at all on either one and no electrical apparatus or fixture present, just the base and the pole. Is this something that belongs to the City that someone maybe stole and then dumped? Or does it belong to a private individual? Or maybe it is just trash that needs to go to the recycling center?
Light is dim and street is dark
The street light on the Acacia Court cul de sac is out.
Street light not working.
There are a few street lights at the entrance of Gentry Honours that are out and have been for a few weeks. The main two flanking the entrance at Smith Road and Bennington Blvd as well as one light in between the first two homes of the neighborhood pulling into Blvd headed east.
Only street light on Kingsbury is out
There are a few streetlights in Bloomington that need to be fixed. I've had no luck getting Duke Energy to repair them. Since none of these specific streetlights appear on Duke's website maps, I contacted them directly about them. I got a Duke employee to respond a couple of months ago with a text that said, "we will fix them", but as of today they are still not fixed. Maybe the city of Bloomington can contact Duke about them and get them fixed? The streetlights are at the following locations: (1). 2nd St and S Adams St. The only light at this intersection. Very dark at this intersection without the light. (2) On 2nd St, near the intersection of S Patterson Dr. There are two of the green streetlamps that are out. Right next to each other. Directly in front of the store called "Hopes Dispensary". (3) At the intersection of 4th St. and S. Walnut. There are two streetlights at this intersection, but the one that is out is directly over the crosswalk on 4th St. Again, none of these streetlights appear on Duke's maps, and I'm having no luck getting Duke to fix them. Thank you.
Street light at intersection of E Deckard Drive and E Kinser Drive in the Eastern Heights neighborhood cycles on and off leaving the intersection unlit at times.
Street light has been dark/out since yesterday (Wed, Dec 17)
