On Sheridan Drive between E. Karen and S. Highland, the bike/pedestrian lane on Sheridan has a lot of gravel and sand and junk in it. This is on a downhill in a bike plane and covers most of the lane. Can this get cleaned up and swept off?

The sloped driveway next to Waterview Apartments has calved another "asphalt iceberg" – which has slid into the bicycle lane, completely blocking it. This is very dangerous for bicyclists on a speedway where cars routinely go in excess of 50 miles per hour.

The all way stop put in at Smith and 45 will likely cause confusion and/or problems between cars and bikes. There is a very big shoulder there and as a cyclist I have always ridden on the shoulder through this intersection.
Westbound on a bike you come to this intersection at relatively high speed and if you have taken the should there's really no need to wait behind cars. I believe that is where the potential for confusion will be.
If, say, there are 5 cars at the stop sign, should bikes not use the shoulder and wait in line with cars? Should they use the shoulder, but wait with cars? Should they blow by the line of cars? Should they slow, but still roll past the line of cars?
While I am generally against "pained bike lanes" I think some sort of signage/lane could make sense here.

There is no safe way for a pedestrian to cross Smith Road (east to west or west to east) at Fenbrook or Brighton Crest. This is further complicated by the hilly nature of Smith Road and the fact that traffic typically travels much faster than the posted speed limit. It is unsafe for pedestrians, cyclist, and drivers. Sightlines are also very dangerous in this area.

Several people walk/bike through this area. When it is dark it is difficult to see people who are walking in the road. Recommend a walking path and/or additional lighting.

bike lane dividers on 3rd Street are very dangerous. Instead of parking all along the bike lane, where cyclists have a chance to filter into the main traffic lanes to get around cars, cars are parking right where the dividers end, and cyclists cannot jump the dividers to get into the main lane of traffic, so cyclists have to slam on their brakes in a bike lane full of gravel to avoid rear ending the cars. Please consider extending these dividers all the way to Indiana Ave, and make them cub for buses in the areas where buses need to pick people up.
