Crosswalk sign at 2nd and Rogers is not working. It’s the north/south crosswalk on the west side. I waited through several cycles and it never gave me a walk signal. The East/west one on the south side did seem to be working.

There are a series of deep potholes between Adams St and North Waldron that are both difficult to see at night and difficult to avoid during the day with cars parked alnog the street. It needs repaving. I have recently popped two of my bike tires on this road that I commute on multiple times daily.

10th St @ Fountain Park Apartments

Case Date:
10/30/2024

This location at 10th St near Fountain Park Apartments and the United States Postal Service has a high volume of pedestrian traffic, especially between the apartment complex and the post office. However, there is only a pedestrian crossing sign in one direction, and there are no road markings indicating a crosswalk. Many drivers do not stop for pedestrians, creating a dangerous situation for those crossing the street. I am concerned for the safety of residents and postal customers, as the current setup does not effectively alert drivers to pedestrian activity in this area. Would it be possible to add crosswalk markings and additional signage in both directions, or consider other safety improvements, such as a pedestrian-activated crossing light? These changes could greatly enhance safety for the community. Thank you for considering this request.
