There are sudden piles of gravel in the bike lane and debris in the drains. This is very dangerous for bike users

Dangerous biking behaviors on walking/biking trail between Olcott Park and Sherwood Oaks Park. Can signs be placed to instruct cyclists to 1. slow down for pedestrians 2. signal by bell or voice if passing from behind 3. be prepared to stop should it be necessary. A woman and her daughter came down the path at a high speed, did not announce their presence, and almost ran over our 5 year old granddaughter. Education concerning bicycling etiquette might help. Hello- Actually 2 cars blocking the bike lane on washingington between 4th and 3rd Sts 10/31/23 6:07pm, one in front of the the other. GMC SUV plate 165RLR and you can see the taillights of the Dodge Dart in front of it (I can only upload one picture). Its plate is ZZs649 (Indiana plate). Thanks again!

At 7:26 am on 11/31/2023, a motorist in a dark BMW nearly ran me over as I was crossing the street. The vehicle was traveling about 50 MPH based on my calculation (speed=distance/time.) This is not the first near miss that I have had crossing the street or backing out of my driveway. I have sent in requests for a speed hump as motorist travel north and south between 3rd and 5th much faster than 25 MPH. I have not heard back from anyone. Please let me know that you have at least seen this uReport ticket. I tried to submit this report in the "Close Call" section more than once and it does not work.
