Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. Constant water obstacle blocking PollyGrimshaw multi-path. there is a water sewer grate nearby to channel water away.
when crossing college mall road the north crosswalk doesn’t work. have to just hope for the best when crossing
Crosswalk at Atwater and Woodlawn never seems to say walk. Always don’t walk.
7th and Union remains very unsafe to cross for bike path. Stop signs or cross walk or something needed. As Is the main East west crossing.
Is there a timeline estimated for when traffic calming and enhancements will be made for the bike path Morningside Greenway? I believe it was a priority area on a map the other year. Looking forward to it! (and maybe slowing cars down a bit)
On N.Smith Road between 3rd and 10th Streets, the bike lanes and sidewalks are in dire need of repair. Broken concrete, pot holes, uneven surfaces, etc. plague the seven block street. Please make it safer for pedestrians and cyclists by repaving these lanes.
Sidewalk in front of Bloomingfoods not shoveled & left to ice over as of 1/13/25.
Sidewalks on the north side & west side of 5th 3rd bank left unshoveled & to ice over, forcing me to walk in street.
