Brothers, constant smoking inside the bar.
Brothers, constant smoking inside the bar.
I just had a salesperson from Hawx Pest Control come to my door to try to sell me services. He was unmasked. Not sure exactly how that falls within the city and county ordinances (and state rules), but unmasked sales people coming to the door is not good.
I am hopeful that I am not the first to complain about the volume at which OrangeTheory plays music and the trainers yell on the microphone. My wife and I were walking from a store on kirkwood and wanted to grab lunch at the Farm. As we passed OrangeTheory we were surprised how loud the session was as we had to cover our own ears. When arriving at the Farm the music was still very loud and disturbing that we chose to walk farther away to The Tap (nothing like workout music to and yelling to ruin a peaceful lunch outside). It would be devastating if my favorite street in Bloomington continues to have loud disruptive music and yelling that would certainly drive business and casual visitors away. I am an IU alum (Masters of Science 2011, Doctorate of Philosophy 2015) and love the city of Bloomington.
My understanding is that this establishment is not legally allowed to have a liquor license due to their proximity to a church. The HPC rejected their application to become an historic district, and they have no other avenues to legally sell alcohol I am aware of. Please let me know if I am mistaken, or if they are flagrantly violating the law.
The Back Door has been having topless dancers and it is not in a zoned area for adult business.
The Back Door is having adult entertainment and are in a area not zoned for adult entertainment. To my understanding, that is not allowed at their location. Please stop this before everyone is doing it.
No issue. Just wondering how I can buy the abandoned building on 1st and south Morton. Thank you very much.
Stage Flight Circus Arts is allowing a junior coach to live in a studio upstairs in a business district. The arrangement makes many students very uncomfortable in an environment they feel should be a safe space.
Insufficient room safety features (door not flush with frame and no swinging latch lock); mold observed on shower curtain and a different mold observed on room air conditioner’s plastic cover. Inspection requested.
Candlewood Suites Bloomington, IN. Unclean rooms. Dirty and other peoples hair. Changed rooms and cockroaches in bathroom.
