The bike lane dividers on 3rd Street are very dangerous. Instead of parking all along the bike lane, where cyclists have a chance to filter into the main traffic lanes to get around cars, cars are parking right where the dividers end, and cyclists cannot jump the dividers to get into the main lane of traffic, so cyclists have to slam on their brakes in a bike lane full of gravel to avoid rear ending the cars. Please consider extending these dividers all the way to Indiana Ave, and make them curbable for buses in the areas where buses need to pick people up.

Hello, I just wanted to suggest installing traffic lights or adding round abouts at the entrances/exits at Bloomington North. The area is extremely busy around 7:30am and 2:45pm with inexperienced drivers. It’s very difficult to get out of the school. The other area is N. Prow Rd turning onto Arlington. It’s actually pretty unbelievable that there are no lights or added safety precautions for students driving this route daily.

There are 4 grade schoolers and a toddler living at 1402 W 8th. Several residents in Waterman push strollers. A blind man and his service dog walk to/from his home on West 8th. Drivers occasionally reach 50 mph on 8th street. A "slow children" sign might slow them down.

Going east on 10th street after the 45/46 intersection, the two lanes merge into one as the road becomes SR 45. Drivers who are turning left to enter the Cyber Infrastructure parking lot will consistently stay in the left lane; ignore the merge; and drive through the yellow demarcation area. This is dangerous when a car has already merged to the right and is entering the turn lane as designed. It is also dangerous if a car follows the turning car with no intent to turn themselves but to continue on SR 45. It seems like the left lane should either be marked as turn only, or barrier cones or a median should be installed to better enforce the demarcation area.

N College Ave crosswalk next to CVS is just a standard crosswalk and I go down this street everyday home from work and it's very dangerous. I usually drive in the left lane because right lane has more potholes. I see pedestrians crossing this street and cars do not stop. I will stop in left lane for pedestrian but right lane does not see person crossing and has to slow down quickly. Would be nice if we can get a crosswalk that alerts drivers like the one on South Walnut Street. My fear is that someone will get struck by a car crossing this street. Today someone crossed I stopped for them and right lane car next to me almost hit them driving fast down this lane. I hope this can be taken into serious consideration. There was a collision today between a car and a bus at the intersection of 11th and Diamond Streets. The car was unable to see around the large building at the southwest corner, and pulled out in front of a fast-moving bus. A similar thing happened several years ago between two passenger vehicles which resulted in a collision with the house on the southeast corner (see picture). With the new development at Moravec Way, this intersection is getting much more use over the past few years. I would appreciate if a traffic study could be conducted to determine if some kind of traffic calming, such as a speed hump, would be appropriate to install on the west side of this intersection.
