A couple cones would be nice at the first speed hump as you're heading eastbound on Miller. All the other new speed humps have two to five cones, but the first one you hit from the west (in front of the City of Bloomington Utilities offices) has no cones so there's no warning.
Going east on 10th street after the 45/46 intersection, the two lanes merge into one as the road becomes SR 45. Drivers who are turning left to enter the Cyber Infrastructure parking lot will consistently stay in the left lane; ignore the merge; and drive through the yellow demarcation area. This is dangerous when a car has already merged to the right and is entering the turn lane as designed. It is also dangerous if a car follows the turning car with no intent to turn themselves but to continue on SR 45. It seems like the left lane should either be marked as turn only, or barrier cones or a median should be installed to better enforce the demarcation area.
The entry to Muller Parkway and the short distance to the first speed bump to the entrance of the Muller Village Apartments seems to create a challenge of going as fast as possible before the first speed bump. We have had cars speed by here so fast that their engine is revving and the car is a blur. Residents and visitors from the mobile home park attempting to pull out are put in a dangerous situation, end these folks are old retired folks. I am owner of Stewart Electric Supply across from the mobile home park, and we have customers backing out of our lot to get back onto Muller. This is very dangerous for them, and they have angry drivers that are blaming our customers and employees for slowing them down. Honking and angry drivers is not unusual. We would like to request a speed bump in front of our shop at 320 S. Muller Parkway in an effort to slow these drivers down.
The intersection has a stop sign on Cottage Grove avenue but not on Indiana Avenue stop signs need installed on Indiana Avenue before other crash happened Thanks
I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot? Thank you for consideration!
There are 4 grade schoolers and a toddler living at 1402 W 8th. Several residents in Waterman push strollers. A blind man and his service dog walk to/from his home on West 8th. Drivers occasionally reach 50 mph on 8th street. A "slow children" sign might slow them down.

Dedicated left turn lane for people traveling east on Tapp and turning towards BUGS and Woolery Mill.
