I believe that the street markings for the N. Pete Ellis Dr. and E. 10th St. stoplight should be changed. Often, drivers use the "turn right only" lane to go forward through the intersection because a car which intends to turn left has held up traffic. This can create a dangerous situation where cars disregard the street markings in order to get through the intersection in a timely manner. I suggest that the outside most lanes of E. 10th St. be marked as the straight and right turn lanes and the inside lanes become left turn-only lanes. Secondly, because of the amount of pedestrian traffic around Fountain Park (because of the Bus Stop) I suggest that there be Pedestrian crossing buttons installed at the intersection.

The intersection of E 10th St/SR 45 and Pete Ellis Drive is extremely dangerous for cars, cyclists, and pedestrians The stoplight needs a left turn signal for all four directions of travel, and a push-button activated walk signal. In addition, the two lanes of 10th Street need to be apportioned to a right straight/right turn lane, going both east and west, and a lefthand left turn lane.

This needs to be repainted so that there is a right turn lane so that northbound on Smith turning right onto 10th does not get stuck behind vehicles trying to turn left onto 10th.

Need to do something so that traffic westbound on 10th does not get stuck by a vehicle trying to turn left onto Pete Ellis.

See attached picture of Stop Sign erected on SE corner of 17th and Woodlawn. My concern is that by mounting other signs on the same post as this stop sign, motorists may be distracted from the stop sign and fail to obey it.

Reported on behalf of Indiana University Campus Bus Service. At the intersection of 3rd and Rose, our new, shorter buses are consistently scraping their front bumpers on the pavement as they turn from Rose onto Third Street. I've put together a video demonstrating this issue which you can view at this link: https://youtu.be/TOaIHEpRMSY. This is also causing several gouges in the pavement. Can the city alter the geography of the pavement at this location to reduce the wear on our buses? Thank you.

The No Passing Zone sign in this vicinity is facing the wrong way. Should be facing north but it's facing south. It's on the east side of the road.

1. Update the lanes on 10th street so that the right most lanes are the straight and turn right lanes and the inner lanes are turn left only lanes and 2. provide pedestrians with a crossing button as there are often persons who cross the street in order to use the bus stop at Fountain Park.

Speed limit sign on Atwater approx 100 yards east of Woodlawn appears to be unsecured at the bottom. It's angled off to the side. Sorry couldn't get a picture.

I suggest a camera at the corner of High and Maxwell Lane. We live on the dead end of Maxwell Lane and cars run the 4 way stop multiple times a day. It is very dangerous! Cities use cameras so you don't need an officer sitting there all day. It would also be profitable for the city and no one would run that stop sign twice if they received a $100.00 fine in the mail!!!!!!
