thanks for taking care of the sewer smell. i just finished my afternoon rounds of downtown, smell and what ever residue was on the grate is gone. thanks

I wasn't sure what category would be best to file this in - In an alley between Fairview and Maple there is an extremely deep grate that I have seen people and cyclists (even with headlights) hurt themselves in. It would be nice if it could be made less deep in some way

Black top patch not filled in yet. The cut and concrete back fill were done very well, but I think the final leveling with Black was forgotten. No safety hazard, just an FYI kinda thing. Thank you

Rega called in at 9am 9/23/13 requesting an update and explaining that her property was again hit hard by the latest rain. She also indicated that the adjacent property was being paved and could cause her more problems

The retention pond beside our house is collecting oily water. Something nasty is building up on the storm sewer.

The retention pond beside our house is not draining very well. In the past 10 years soil has collected and changed the grade of the land. The culverts that pipe water in are 90% blocked.
