There is something wrong with the map on the uReport website. When someone clicks on a portion of some addresses, a different address is displayed. Attached screenshot illustrates the miscall. Several recent complaints have been made about "505 E. 11th", but this location is an unbuilt and uninhabited field. It is assumed that the complaints were meant for "305 E. 11th" (marked as "Hoosier Rentals", but the HCI fills in "505" rather than "305" depending on where exactly the cursor is. Cases #198983, #198974, #199101, and #199103 all fall under this category.

re your web site design, could you consider changing it so that the image doesn't take up more than half the screen space? you really might want to reconsider this aspect of your web site design. Thanks.
