There are tall orange cones in front of 521 W. Kirkwood & pink paint marking the lawn & sidewalk. Same set-up across the street. If the city is planning to dig up something--pipes, et, will this affect where the BL Transit can pickup & drop passengers? I catch the bus in front of 521 to go to work. Thanks.

In looking at a satellite map of Bloomington there appears to be a trail in Bloomington's west end which starts (or ends) on West 3rd Street (SR 48) across from Highland Faith Assembly of God Church, going along Stonechase Crossing Road, behind Highland Park Elementary School, then along Gifford Road and Endwright Road and eventually in back of the Monroe County Fairgrounds. None of the listed trails fit this description so I would like to know if this is a trail open to the public and if there have been any reports of incidents (with local riffraff) on that trail as there had reportedly been along the B-Line Trail. I called and was told I need to discontinue my service online and not over the phone. But your form online will not allow me to type in the address of the property that I need the service discontinued. It will not let me submit the request without this information, but it won't allow me to type in the address. Am I doing something wrong or is your form the issue? Please let me know how I can make the request to discontinue service, as we are closing on this property on Dec 28th. Thanks.
