Earlier today, July 19, I called to report a broken tree limb and spoke with Laura. She was very courteous and told me she would report this to the appropriate party. The service was outstanding - within an hour Daryl (Darrell?) was out to 4020 East Bennington Blvd and had removed the limb in question. He was courteous and did a fabulous job. I have never been able to access your website via what is printed on my invoice: www.bloomington.in.gov. The only way I get to the site is via https://bloomington.in.gov. I'm not sure if I am the only one having this issue, but I recommend investigating this issue and correcting your invoices, if necessary.
