The road block on Rogers south of Tapp road is a serious road hazard for those who are turning left from westbound Tapp onto Rogers. The southbound lane of Rogers is blocked off so if you need to turn left, it is nearly impossible if someone is in the northbound lane of Rogers turning left. There is considerable local traffic in the area, especially to the Bloomington Country Club. This is a dangerous traffic hazard and is an accident on the way to happen. Please fix this situation.

Hello, the wheel of my recycle bin broke off. I contacted you by phone on Wednesday and was told it would be fixed. I left the bin on the curb, but nothing has happened so far. My address is 3826 East Regents Circle, phone 812-345-3284 (m) or 812-335-8064 (h). The bin is still there.

Trash put out Wednesday for Thursday pick up still not picked up as of Saturday evening. Leaving it in the street until you pick it ip. It will be over flowed next week. I'm not bring 10 day old garbage into my house until next Thursday. It is not on the curb because the city plows the snow from the cul de sac into my yard which is ok because there is no other place to put it. So I don't have a curb at this time. I'd appreciated a notification if you weren't going to pick up the trash so I could have found a dumpster somewhere. Other neighbors still have their trash cans out. I presume the other gave up, or maybe theirs was picked up.

Hi, New York resident, from Michigan, educated in Ann Arbor, just read the NY Times piece on the arrest at the Farmers' Market of the IU prof protesting the "white supremacists". Might I please commend the members of the Bloomington Police for their conduct that day and every day. You make me proud. We were the anti-Vietnam generation. Years without a culture of Lessons Learned, only affluence, has given a culture that doesn't work together. You must police a culture of opinions + orifices that does not build a thing except a self-image. Know that we need you and walk with you. I understood about the cancelation of services last week due to the weather. Today my trash was picked up but not the recycling. I do live on a cul-de-sac in Peppergrass, but I did not see anyone else's recyle containers left out. I left for work before things were picked and got home just a little while ago. Now I have two weeks worth of recycling in my container. Can anything be done about this before next Thursday. I did put my container back in the garage. Please let me know when I can put it back out for pick up

I have been trying to pay our bill which is due on the 26th. I have been putting in all the correct information and I keep getting this prompt even though I’ve put in all the correct information. I’m wondering if your utilities website is down and we will be able to pay our bill tomorrow. This prompt doesn’t tell me what information I am missing. I tried submitting this information without my name or company name filled out and I was promoted to fill out my name or company name. I did this and was promoted with the same description shown in this picture. I have all the correct information filled out so I am unsure what is wrong and I hope we are not charged for submitting this information late. Please let me know what is wrong.
