A white van has been parked outside of my house at 205 E. Wylie for the past two weeks. I have no idea who it belongs to. It is blocking parking for my own visitors.

The house at 2809 has three vehicles parked on street. One doesn't run and has a license plate expired in 2016. One has a flat tire and has for over a month. The third has not been moved for over a month and I am unsure if it runs. All three make it difficult to pass through and creates difficulty when trying to back out of driveways.

Vehicle has been parked in same position for 6 weeks partially blocking right lane near top of hill at intersection. Makes right hand turns difficult with NB traffic coming up S. Adams @ W. Sunstone.
