We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. These new apartments have trash strewn everywhere behind the buildings. I own the neighboring business and they are dumping their trash bags and furniture over our fence. We have cleaned it up twice now thinking it was a move out but this is crazy.

Not a complaint. Just a ThankYou to the sanitation crew that picks up on South Faculty especially during these past few weeks of ice, snow and frigid temperatures. They are stellar!

Once again, trash is scattered all around dumpsters, plus old furniture has been there over a week. The particular location is the dumpster behind building 568, and the dumpster next to garage 1. While here, check all dumpsters in complex. It's a constant problem. Their trash service doesn't pick up what people throw on th ground. One more thing: Dumpster area near garage 1 has had a bag of trash on roof of garage for about a month. Keep me anonymous!
