We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. Please contact me via email as that is my preferred method of communication.
There are eight (!) trash bins lined up on the sidewalk in front of this house. Why do these tenants produce so much trash that they need so many bins? Is the building over-occupied? And why are the bins continually sitting on the sidewalk when they are supposed to be out of sight during the week?
Dumpster on the alley (east side of building) is overflowing. There are two dumpsters in the same alley, both are mountains of trash.

See case #205955. This was a "couch on porch" complaint. Apparently, those complaints are so important that signatures are required. However, they are never taken care of. Is the public required to continue to complain about a particular address, or will the City follow up and see if violation citations are actually taken seriously? If there are only warnings issued without fines, the "citations" will be throw away and forgotten.
Trash and recycle can have been in the yard in the same place where they are still now for about 3 weeks.
Trash cans left on side of road for the fourth week in a row!
Residents had overflowing trash and left it in the ROW.
Residents are putting items out for collection in a manner that the City will not accept. I have reached out the landlord and two of the tenants to provide info on collection policies and the problem is still happening.
