Owner is calling to report that there is trash scattered all over his yard, due to his neighbors or others dumping over the cart. He said that this happens often this time of year. Also wants to make sure that he is not issued a citation and wants somebody to clean up the trash. He said he has called sanitation about this 2-3 times over the summer. He also would like the trash receptacles that don't to belong to this address be removed from his yard.

Someone left a shopping cart filled with their belongings and it is blocking the sidewalk. I’m not sure if they are living in the bushes or abandoned the cart but it has been there for more than 2 days. It is up against the back yard fences of Sherwood oaks, in the arbor of trees/bushes at the intersection of Allendale and Winslow Rd, just east of the 3 way stop. Additionally, I felt very unsafe walking through this hidden area with the potential of someone hiding in the bushes and the cart blocking more than half of the available walking space.
