neighbor called to say they have a couch and dresser in the alley behind the house. the alley is impassable. I think they have been cited for this before but moved the couch to the back, according to the neighbor

Trash complaint. Furniture in front yard and at rear of driveway. A group of fierce young men obsessed with and haunted by one beautiful young woman must find the strength to get on with their lives and face a violent future. Neighbors fear the furniture is used for an unlicensed outdoor psychotherapy practice.
